How difficult???

I've finally written my ethical manifesto and wow that was hard!!! It's hard to put into words sometimes what you believe as it's just something you do! Even though my whole business is based upon keeping things clear and simple and being accessible to all, it was still really hard to write. I have learnt a lot from the research though. It is good to be able to say what you believe in as it gives your business added credibility which in my opinion is so important and yet so rare these days!
